Scotch Mountain Meats Fieldtrip

Last weekend we finally went to visit our good neighbour and sheep farmer, Frank Batty. It’s hard to describe the feeling being in the midst of hundreds of sheep. It was a such a wonderful scene in the barns, we had goosebumps and giant smiles the whole time. They are so adorable and curious and very happy. It was a real pleasure to be able to spend some time observing them and to witness how well they are cared for. One gage of a good farmer is being able to visit their farm. Thank you Frank for such a lovely experience. We can’t wait to come back and see everyone when the grass is longer and they are all outside grazing. Here are a few photos from that day.
