Last Friday night we celebrated the end of summer by firing up the BBQ with friends. We grilled up ALOT of food, opened alot of wine and did a pretty good job of breaking in the new bakery /cafe space. We cooked up our own garlic, tomatoes, and bread, ribs from Sanagans, potatoes from a friend, eggs from a neighbour, home made ice cream sandwiches. It was quite the feast. All local. All seasonal. All organic. It’s so nice to share good food with good people. Thank you all for coming, it was lovely to see you. Here are a few pics from that night.
